Hate how much ive been procrastinating lately, can't seem to keep track of my thoughts for very long or I'll try to remember things by repeating them in my head (in a short timespan) just to randomly think about something else and forget about it. considering getting tested for adhd, worried I may have both it and ocd at the same time though getting misdiagnosised with ocd and actually having adhd alot more likely.
been in this cycle (past weekish) of not being able to fall asleep at night. then staying up all throughout the next day (causing some minor hallucinations) then finally sleeping. first day at new job went well tho so hopes been up.
