We booked a normal ticket (one adult, one child - nice that they have reduced prices for kids) for a Thursday morning. It wasn't busy at all and we walked right in with no wait. The ticket includes access to both towers, the walkways, the glass floor, and the engine rooms. There is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs, so make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes.
Weekends get busier, but Tower Bridge has timed tickets, so it will never be so busy that you won't enjoy your experience. Be sure to book your tickets in advance.
So is the experience worth the ticket price? You'll have to watch the video to decide for yourself. We felt like it was worth it. We had so much fun and learned a lot about how Tower Bridge works, its history, and interesting facts about Tower Bridge and London in general. And walking across the glass floor was exciting and nerve-racking, even for me who is not afraid of heights! Definitely try it for yourself.
