You are not genetically predisposed to having social anxiety! There is light on the other side of that tunnel, and you have the capability to become a socially fluent person. I wish I had gone down this road of self-improvement long ago because my life has gotten drastically better since leaving behind my anxious burden. You will make more friends and have more memories/adventures. Also, your ability to be social is almost directly correlated to how successful you are in life.
