Step 1: Create a Google Analytics Account

Step 2: Get Your GA4 Tracking Code

Once you have created your Google Analytics account, you will be able to get your GA4 tracking code. This code is a snippet of JavaScript that you will need to add to your WordPress website.

Step 3: Install the Head-Footer Code Plugin

The Head-Footer Code plugin makes it easy to add custom code to the header and footer of your WordPress website. Go to the WordPress plugin repository and search for "Head-Footer Code". Once you have found the plugin, click on the "Install Now" button.

Step 4: Add the GA4 Tracking Code to Your WordPress Website

Once you have installed the Head-Footer Code plugin, you can add the GA4 tracking code to your WordPress website. Go to the "Appearance" then "Customize" page and click on the "Head-Footer Code" section. In the "Custom Code" field, paste your GA4 tracking code.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you have pasted your GA4 tracking code, click on the "Save" button. Your changes will be saved and the GA4 tracking code will be added to your WordPress website.
