Procrastinating with Shrooms | Hollow Knight First Playthrough #38
Our first playthrough of Hollow Knight continues, but we've hit a major speedbump... OK well less of a speedbump more of a mountain called Nightmare King Grimm. So how do we deal with such a hurdle? By moving around it of course, so lets search for Mister Mushroom, take out the Soul Tyrant and complete the Delicate Flower quest instead.
Seriously how am I gonna beat this thing.
Hollow Knight, the 2017 metroidvania action adventure game from Team Cherry, is in my eyes a pretty good example of why video games are a form of art. It really didn't take long for me to get invested in this world, and that's not just because I'm quite easy to please if you give me a brief escape from an increasingly exhausting existence.
I mean what who said that.
The game has been available on Xbox Gamepass for a while and I hadn't gotten around to playing it yet, so I thought we'd do a blind first playthrough here! Over the past few hours of gameplay it's cemented itself as one of my favourite games of all time, so I hope you enjoy the series as much as I enjoy making it!
