Lizard Island Fishing Trip!! Part 3!!
http://www.reefari.com About time but finally here's part 3 of our awesome fishing trip to Lizard Island, bit of a wind down, tour of the Lizard Island research station, bit of fishing, spearfishing and more of this wonderful area!! You gotta love Lizard Island and make sure you put it on your bucket list. This area is fairly remote but still quite accessable by trailer boat and worth doing for sure. We managed well with food and fuel, and about 2 and a half hours from Cooktown, or 52 nautical miles. Cooktown is quite a town and all supplies can be sourced there. Has a bit for everbody, amazing scenery, fishing, Marlin fishing, spearfishing, snorkelling and we also met some great people along the way.
