Fix: Microsoft Store/Store Apps not working in Windows 10

Restart PC after command is applied to take effect.
Command used: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
