GoPro 12 Media Mod New Feature! Both Microphones Front & Back at Same Time?
The newly released GoPro 12 when used with Go Pro Media Mod has a new feature which was not present on Go Pro 9, 10, or 11 cameras. Finally we can enable the recording of audio from front and rear Media Mod microphone at the same time. Unfortunately it currently is only an option on the GoPro 12 and not the 9,10, or 11. It is a game changer to me. I finally can record from both microphones together and no longer worry about changing mic setting from front to back or back to front when changing from talking in front of camera versus behind the GoPro. So many times I have set microphone of media mod on my 9, 10 or 11 to back microphone and then recorded several clips standing in front of camera which were unusable due to muffled audio.
