Real Estate Wholesaling Explained!
In this video I go over how real estate wholesaling works! How to wholesale real estate actually is not too complicated but it is also not as easy as some YouTube videos make it out to be. It is simple. Not easy. That's a key factor to know about real estate wholesaling for beginners. Wholesaling (know as deal sourcing in the UK) takes time and effort but can be done as a real estate side hustle. You need to put in the time "driving for dollars" and cold calling to find motivated sellers that you will then negotiate a sales price with for their property. Once that's done your ultimate goal is to find a property investor to assign the sales contract to. You would charge a 5-10% fee to the buyer as compensation for you having found the deal.
