Install LinuxLite 2.0 in UEFI Mode (Dual Boot Windows 8)
This is a sample video showing how to install LinuxLite 2.0 in UEFI Mode and Dual Boot with Windows 8
Step1: Make some space for installing LinuxLite 2.0 in Windows
Step2: Boot LinuxLite 2.0 Live Media in Legacy mode
Step3: Make three partitions in the free space
Step4: Install LinuxLite 2.0 in those partitions
Step5: Boot Ubuntu Live Media in UEFI Mode
Step6: Mount LinuxLite 2.0 partition on /mnt
Step7: Mount EFI partition on /mnt/boot/efi
Step8: Mount /dev/pts /dev/ /proc /sys /var/run /run on /mnt$i
Step9: Chroot into /mnt
Step10: apt-get update; apt-get purge -y --force-yes grub* shim-signed linux-signed* ; apt-get install -y --force-yes grub-efi-amd64-signed shim-signed linux-signed-generic
Step11: Reboot into Linux LIte.
Step 12: Open Terminal, run grub-mkconfig -o /boot.grub.grub.cfg; grub-install /dev/sda
Step 13. Done. Reboot!
