To permanently delete software on Windows using an uninstaller, first choose a reliable third-party tool like IObit Uninstaller. Install and launch the uninstaller, then select the software you wish to remove from the displayed list of installed applications. Follow the prompts to run the software's built-in uninstallation process, and afterward, use the uninstaller's deep scan feature to find and delete any leftover files, folders, and registry entries. Finally, confirm the deletion of these residual items and restart your computer if recommended. This process ensures a thorough and permanent software removal from your system.
