How to install ruby and devkit on windows 10 (SSL connect error solution in description)
how to install Ruby on Windows 10:
1. google search for Ruby
2. go to Ruby website
3. download 32 or 64 bit version of Ruby for Windows
4. install Ruby through windows wizard
5. check if Ruby was installed correctly by typing Ruby --version
6. install the dev kit for the correct Ruby version on the Ruby site
7. installing the ruby dev kit will allow you to use the gem command for Ruby modules or libraries you want to use
