Cassowary emit a low frequency sound we can hardly hear!

Can you hear her? Neither can we! Southern cassowaries like Sydney can make a variety of calls. Their most common call however is known as a "boom" in which they emit a low frequency sound that's hard for the human ear to register. Animal care specialists have reported that even though they can't always hear it, in the right circumstances, they can feel it in their bones.
