Since the 45-39 battery baskets for the 45 handle mount flashes become brittle over time, break and are therefore hardly available in good condition nowadays, we decided to make a replacement basket ourselves.
The basket is simply inserted into the battery compartment and is held firmly in place by friction. To replace the 6 x AA batteries (not included), the lower part can be unscrewed (see pictures).
