Blood Flow Restriction Training Do’s and Dont’s
DO:
-wrap arm at a level 7 tightness
-keep form tight throughout movement
-30/15/15/15 rep scheme
unwrap limb immediately after 4 sets
-use a lower weight then normal that allows you to achieve the above rep scheme
-restrict venous blood flow
-stay consistent with your workouts always progressively overloading
DONT:
-restrict arterial blood flow by wrapping too tightly
-stay wrapped after finished
use a heavy weight that doesn’t allow you to hit rep scheme above
rush
-give up on your fitness goals ! :)
