Hey again everybody!

Back again with another epic performance by none other than the man himself, Prince!! This particular solo was the one he performed with Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Dhani Harrison and Steve Winwood at the end of the iconic George Harrison track off 1968's 'The White Album' during the 2004 Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. They were paying tribute to George for this, but he was actually inducted in that year as well and I believe he played this song right after they paid tribute to him!

Boy, did this take a LONG time to record, film, and edit. This is a looong solo, but was definitely worth making a video for it. I haven't seen any recent lessons for this solo apart from a few old ones from years ago! So here's a fairly accurate transcription of the solo from start to finish :) The only thing that is really missing is Prince's legendary guitar throw into outer space once he finishes the solo!

I picked this out by ear, but I'm confident that it's over 90% accurate (I hope haha!). This one was a blast to learn and make the backing track for. I still can't believe that this is a live solo because I don't think Prince hits a single bum note throughout the entirety of it 🤯 A true legend that will be dearly missed..

Enjoy guys!🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
