Footage showing the fatal use of force against an inmate at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County is expected to be released by the New York Attorney General's Office this week.

Newly obtained court documents describe the alleged assault of 43-year-old Robert Brooks, of Rochester, who died Dec. 10, a day after the incident took place.
