How to make passport size picture with change background in adobe photo shop cc ?
Follow These Steps
1. First of all open your photo shop
2. Go to file and click on new (ctrl+N)
3. and then open you picture
4. just press (C) crop your pic if you need
5. And then you must give image size press ctrl+alt+I (width 1.4 & height 1.8 inch) press enter
6. Canvas size ctrl+alr+C (width 1.5 & height 1.9 inch) then enter
7. How to stroke out side on you picture? Press ctrl+A mean all select and right click on your pic click on stroke.
