They call him 007
0 utility, 0 survivability, 7 pellets
Rackam has one of the lowest utilities in the entire game. He literally has no team buffs or support, has a single debuff that's 10% def down tied to a relatively long skill, intended rotation is one of the lowest damages in the game, no survivability (parries / counters / invincibility / damage cuts), no CC, and no break damage.
The ONLY thing that brings him up at all right now is the bugged Aerial Shotgun.
If they ever fix the shotgun without giving him a sizeable buff, he will literally be the worst character in the game.
One of the biggest challenges for this run is how bad the targeting is for shotgun. If you target limb, they're quite thin and pellets will regularly miss. Targeting head is unrealistic, and we're using weak point stone so we want to be hitting from the back as much as possible. Tail swings around a lot, so the ideal is to play no-target and jump into his back.
The problem is when you are too far from a target-able enemy, Rackam will snap to one of the 4 cardinal directions when using. This is most obvious during Firefly & Chromatic Arc. The part of the tail that I'm aiming at is too far away from the closest targetable part (base of the tail) so Rackam will snap to a cardinal direction. This makes it extremely specific to lineup shots on the tail and it feels absolutely horrible. Directional input on the controller doesn't matter for that part.
Gear is at the end of the video. INB4 called a cheater because I didn't show color set.
I'm not entirely sure what the optimal sigils would be for this as weak point / combo booster is not always possible to hit and build. I'm well below damage cap for a lot of shots, on top of missing pellets.
Sub 5 minutes is definitely possible with further optimization / less hits taken (since glass cannon dizzy). A big part of this is skipping Apoc Blade phase by breaking him right after red signal. I could have saved a little bit of time if I didn't bother to chase orbs at the end. I wasn't sure if I could push 10% for DPS check, but it happened anyway. I also thought that 2% was always safe for SBA, otherwise I would have just taken another shot while there.
