Granblue Relink ~ My Review After 10k Missions Cleared
To start off, I couldn't care less if you think afk farming this game is cheating.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm not modifying game files in any way, and I'm obtaining items in the same span of time as any other hardcore player.
I've played many games in my days and the game should offer something that you, the player, WANTS to run. If the replay-ability is lost in AFKing, then there's a problem. Either the game wasn't designed to be played more than one pass (which is weird given terminus weapons are only available once you've completed all difficulties) or the design and route is poor, topics I touch on in the video.
I'm still rating the game positive, but the endgame loop is not it. I'm over here jamming to the OST for this game, particularly End of Ragnarok.
Devs did a stellar job artistically and polish wise.
Overall, damage cap is really dumb to me, and the lack of needing stats throughout the entire game is pretty disappointing. The fights themselves show great potential with Pyet-A and Blackwyrm being some extremely satisfying fights (when you don't kill in 15 seconds and skip all mechanics which is sadly every team now).
