Man sentenced for 1-year-old daughter's overdose death
A Rochester man has been sentenced after his 1-year-old daughter ingested drugs and died earlier this year. Dillon Brito said his daughter's death was an accident, but the prosecutor in the case disagrees.
"He's the reason why she died."
