US-Made Abrams Tanks In Ukraine Get "Cope Cages" To Defend Against Russian Kamikaze Drones

Ukraine's US-supplied M1A1 Abrams tanks are being equipped with new anti-drone armour screens, or "cope cages".
Photos show that the Abrams tanks also received additional explosive reactive armor (ERA).
This comes about a month after US officials reported that Ukrainian forces had pulled the M1A1s from the front lines.
It was mainly due to concerns about their vulnerability to FPV Russian kamikaze drones and other aerial threats.
