In this video I will show you a FIVE MINUTE exercise that you can use to develop faster fingers in as little as five days!

If you implement this two-part exercise into your practice routine you'll quickly develop better dexterity and more control over your fingers, resulting in smoother chord changes, faster licks, and less frustration because your fingers actually do what you tell them to do!

Exercise Part 1 - I recommend you do each of the four permutations 10-20 times each every day for the first week. Remember to go slow and steady to build the muscle memory of the movements.

Exercise Part 2 - Once you get the hang of Part 1 and can perform the movements smoothly without your fingers jerking then you can incorporate two fingers working in contrary motion into the exercise. It might take you up to a month to work your way up to part 2 depending on how stiff your fingers are.

If you consistently implement these exercises into your practice routine you'll dramatically increase your coordination and dexterity and will experience massive results in every area of your playing.
