When it comes to year-end fundraising, most nonprofits spend a lot of time thinking about their fundraising letters, fundraising emails, Giving Tuesday, and so one. In other words, we spend a lot of time planning our asking tactics. But there’s one critical resource we often overlook as we plan our campaigns -- our board members! Year-end fundraising season is a great opportunity for nonprofit board members to step into their role of ambassadors and askers.
