Sibyl AI is what we use to collect notes.
Sybil does a really great job. I know, Jon, you mentioned you use it as well. I'm pretty impressed with our meeting-taking capabilities. They do a summary of the discovery call and really call out the main actions.
You can expand it to a more comprehensive collection of the notes.
Writing it back to Salesforce, Kenny, I believe that was something custom done for our CRM. I would have to check with our sales leader on exactly what functionality he's using to do that with, but Sybil is the one that's collecting the notes and putting them into the SPICED format.
