Fabricatable machines - Roller axis - Backlash test 2/2
Driving a roller axis back and forth 1 mm and observing the backlash.
The axis is made from 8 mm thick aluminium plate. The rack teeth have been machined with a 6 mm diameter
The stepper motor is a 3Nm integrated closed loop.
The pinion has 6 teeth and moves 60 mm / revolution.
