In this video I will be covering a question that seems to be asked frequently in some of my Ubuntu and Windows dual boot videos, I don't have the EFI boot option for selection when installing? I suspect that newer users maybe booting their USB with the boot manager provided on the device for install and maybe selecting the incorrect mode, for example if Windows is installed on the device using UEFI and a user wishes to Install Ubuntu in a dual boot situation, some boot managers will give you the option to boot that USB in UEFI and Legacy, if you haven't done your research prior to this point you may accidentally without the knowledge boot Ubuntu in Legacy mode instead of UEFI and this is where that question may arise. I will take you through theses scenarios on Virtualbox and then I will test the theory on real hardware. Hope you enjoy the video.
