How to recover a project from a computer crash or a power outage?
Fortunately Premier Pro CC has a feature called "Auto Save". This feature auto save versions of your project that you can later access inside a folder called "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save", Hopefully you will find your work there, so you don't have to do everything again.
Here is the path of the Auto Save folder:
