Thank you for your gift of Magic Kid into our world. Thank you for its action scenes where grown men try to fight a child and get beaten up.

Thank you for, despite the tape and movie cover saying the title is "Magic Kid," having an opening title say "Ninja Dragons."

Thank you using my favorite trope of "hapless person walking through town with a giant mirror that surely nothing bad will happen to."

Thank you for two minute Universal Studios advertisement mid-movie.

Thank you for having a trope of "where they are now," and thank you for your divine providence of messing up the tape right then to somehow make it work on a whole other level.

There are glimpses of of legit funny moments, pockets of brilliance really, that all move by at a blink-and-you-miss-it, "what were they going for" pace. The end result is a fever dream.
