Genshin 3.8 Rerun Banners, 4 Star Characters & Weapons REVEALED

Version 3.8 is expected to launch on 5th of July and the rerun banners for 3.8 have been confirmed. After a total of five hundred and sixty-nine days, Eula is finally making her comeback.
According to Uncle HXG, the Song of Broken Pines and the Lost Prayers will be the first half weapon banners. This means that Eula and Klee will be the featured characters in the first half. The four-star characters for the first half include Rosaria, Mika, and Razor.
In the second half, we'll have Wanderer and Kokomi as the banner characters, accompanied by their signature weapons—Tulaytullah's Remembrance and Everlasting Moonglow. The four-star characters for the second half are said to be Thoma, Yanfei, and Faruzan.
The banners will be officially confirmed during the 3.8 livestream.
