East Bremerton resident Dona Clayton has a creative way of re-using her plastic bags. She creates rugs out of them by crocheting the bags. The 88-year-old hopes her efforts will inspire others to find other ways to re-use the plastic bags so lawmakers can see the usefulness of the bags before enacting a plastic-bag ban.
