1. Linkedin Recruiter
2. Linkedin Sales Navigator

Linkedin Recruiter has an "Open To Work" search filter that is really convenient but it's really expensive: $835/month.

On the other hand, Linkedin Sales Navigator is much cheaper ($99/month) and allow you to find jobseekers on linkedin using 4 techniques:

1. The current job title filter
2. The keyword filter
3. Jobseekers linkedin groups
4. Unofficial jobseekers' company pages

If you don't want to spend so much money only to get the Open To Work filter on Linkedin Recruiter, Sales Navigator definitely offers solid alternatives.
