Merula XL Review - Menstrual Cup for HEAVY Periods
Merula XL is the highest capacity cup you can find in the US [expand for links] and a popular cup for those with a seriously heavy period and can hold 50 ml. It's made from silicone and has a unique ladder stem. Even though it looks ginormous the diameter isn't much more than most "large" size cups, however the bulbous base does affect how the cup fits and feels in the body. Even though it's not a great fit for me I often suggest it as a possible option when regular capacity cups aren't enough. I also have suggestions for other high capacity options in the video such as Tieutcup and reusable menstrual discs.
