In this video I will be installing Ubuntu 19.04 with a separate home partition, I will setup Firefox and Google Chrome with some bookmark folders and shortcuts, add some data into all the respective Home folders and then proceed with another fresh install to demonstrate how to install Ubuntu again while preserving all the data that remains in the Separate Home Partition. This scenario is best if you will remain on the same desktop environment in this case Ubuntu Gnome, you decide to upgrade from one release to another or you have the rare issue with your system, you only need to fresh install back to the root partition, while selecting the same file type for the existing data (Home) partition WITHOUT FORMATTING, however selecting it as /home during install.Hope you enjoy the video.
