My SKY ppfilter relies on the use of SSGI, but unfortunately most mod tracks don't use it, for some reasons. After 2 seconds of deep scientific research, you can actually add global illumination yourself! It's super easy, barely an inconvenience:
You literally just paste the code on the track's "ext_config" file. Careful though, this will not work every mod tracks, but most of them. Some already have it, some do not make it work. If it doesn't work or it's braking the track, remove the lines or replace the file with its original.
