Steps:
1. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and the open up a web browser.
2. Once the web browser opens up, type in "www.bochk.com" and hit the enter button.
3. Hover over the individual user option on the left side of your screen and then click on the personal banking option.
4. A window will open up, on that window , click on the fogort password option.
5. You will be guided to another page, on that page fill in the required credentials and the click on continue.
