Steps:
1. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and then open up a web browser.
2. Once the web browser opens up on your screen, type in "www.hangseng.com" and hit enter.
3. After the home page of the hang seng bank opens up on your screen, you will see a login button on the top right corner of your screen.
4. If you hover over the login button, a menu will pop up, on that menu click on the personal e banking option.
5. A window will appear on your scree, on that window click on the register option.
6. You will be guided to another page, fill in all the required credentials and then click on the next button.
