The fix is in- Intel microcode update to prevent stability issues/degradation
The ongoing Intel 13th and 14th gen stability issue saga has now resulted in an new microcode update 0x129 being released to prevent further degradation by limiting Vmin to 1.55V. If you have a 13th or 14th gen CPU you should check your motherboard BIOS page and apply this update as soon as it is available for your board.
