Motion Capture - Retargetting
Motion Capture is something Blender doesn't do particularly well by default. Which is why there's a lot of tutorials out there with misinformation on how to do this.
In this three part tutorial, we'll first look at the right way to set up motion capture in Blender through a process called 'retargetting'.
To do this properly, we'll be using the 'Auto-Rig Pro' addon.
In the second video we'll use the 'Animation Layers' addon and learn how to tweak our motion capture animation to our liking:
