ODETTE CHURCHILL PREMIER
(12 Jun 1950) Big crowds outside the Plaza Cinema in London saw the two "Odettes" - Anna Neagle, who plays the part, and Mrs Odette Churchill, the real-life heroine of the French resistance. They were presented to Their Majesties, together with Herbert Wilcox, Peter Churchill (Odette's English husband) and Trevor Howard who plays him in the film.
