PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club
Each year, golf courses across the country compete to host the PGA Championship.
This year, the Rochester area has the honor of hosting the tournament for the fourth time at Oak Hill Country Club in Pittsford; the second most of any course, trailing only Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
As part of our "Geared for Growth" partnership with Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Good Day Rochester welcomed Bryan Karns, 2023 PGA Championship director, and Ron Pluta, general chairman of the 2023 PGA Championship, to talk about what makes the Rochester area so special, why the PGA keeps coming back and how local businesses are contributing to ensure the event runs smoothly.
