Here's the truth: Having the highest quality supplies won't necessarily lead to better art.
❌ No amount of expensive supplies will help you make up for a lack of understanding of art fundamentals (color theory, form, perspective, light behavior, composition, etc.), and essential foundational practice.
To the day, even as a professional artist, I use many very accessibly priced, student-grade supplies.
As I always say, "Having Michael Jordan's sneakers won't make you an amazing basketball player. Persistence and focusing on the right type of practice, will."
