We are building a one million dollar house with Pulte Homes in Orlando Florida and we are about 8 months into the process with only a single month to go!

We finally have a closing date in April and there is only a few things left to do before the house is ready to move in.

This house model is called The Mystique Grand; its about 3400 square feet after I finished the garage into my new studio space and Home Gym.

Ive been making progress videos for this project, mostly so I can look at them in 20 years but in case anyone else is feeling like building new construction rather than buying a house, you can see what its like. Also, this is what a million bucks gets you in Orlando Florida.
