How to: Hand Polish & Restore Aluminum Alloy Wheels - Complete Tutorial!
Today I'll show how to completely restore this aluminum alloy wheel. It's been neglected through salty Ohio winters and offroading, so in addition to hand polishing, I am also repainting parts of the wheel. This is all done in a home garage without any special tools or equipment.

The Duplicolor paint stripper I used is no longer available. Even the consumer grade Aircraft Remover has poor reviews now, because it no longer contains methylene chloride, which was banned a few years back. If anyone knows of a good paint stripper, let us know in the comments!
