The inflatable tube man’s (skydancer, air dancer, or originally called the Tall Boy) erratic, waving motions are a direct result of the principles of fluid dynamics, particularly Bernoulli’s Principle. The continuous air flowing through the tube creates varying pressures, causing parts of the tube to collapse and expand.
