Tom Lee - "I don't think we will have a bubble until the consensus declares there's no bubble"

Fundstrat's Tom Lee says the broader stock markets are still cheap and that even stocks like #nvda are not in a bubble because the consensus is still saying there is a bubble.
Once the consensus declares there is no bubble and no risk, that is when we are likely in a bubble.
Also if the Fed doesn't cut rates, it would cause pressure on the stock market. However, he thinks the bond markets show the Fed is being restrictive enough with interest rates.
