Adobe Photoshops "Export As..." option is an often overlooked tool to efficiently export and save a photo in multiple resolutions at once.
The tool allows you to export a photo in its native resolution as well as in smaller or bigger sizes at the same time. With this method, you don't have to resize and then save a photo, instead just tell photoshop to save multiple versions at once.
