In this episode, I will be taking on the Mahi Mahi or Dolphin Fish. This beautiful, surface-dwelling fish may often seem elusive. However, the species moves with the weather, and tend to relocate to areas that are leeward (opposite) to the wind. If the wind is blowing north, then search directly south. Therefore there are no actual hotspots for these guys! While here, I manage to catch several, plus one trophy, and several striped bonito!
