So, i'm still on my quest of experimenting/working on my custom game engine.
The Engine is getting along nicely. The model export pipeline (exporting static/animated meshes from blender to the engine) was simplified by a unified model format, shadowmapping works nicelely (even though it's basic), the ECS system was optimized and made more flexible, a instanced rendering was implemented, and lots of other minor improvements here and there which expand the functionality/flexibility (like additional math functions, etc...)
I'm also looking into creating some form of masterserver for Celaria to act as a server-browser. Because the server is written in JAVA i can't simply use steams web-api and use steam servers.
The skybox texture was borrowed from a friend of mine. (Thus, the graphics are all WIP)
Youtube seems to completely destroy the video quality in those videos. :/
