Meditation For Gamers
A big hello and a SURPRISE to my subscribers. This is the 3k-4k and may as well be 5k subscriber milestone video I’ve been promising you.
Rather than simply do a Q and A or something off the cuff, which I’ll leave until if and when subscribers reach 6 digit numbers I thought I’d share a little about meditation and how it transformed life. Don’t worry though, we’re going to be talking about games plenty too.
As well as having all you wonderful people listening to my talks I’ve also accumulated a nice list of fellow content creators who helped me put this video together by contributing capture from games like Black Myth Wu Kong, Ghosts Of Tsushima, The Witcher 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Combined with my own capture from Dark Souls 3, Sekiro and Sifu I think we should have an interesting enough show. We'll talk about flow states, meditation and anxiety. How the world is geared to bring us stress and anxiety and how by using simple meditation and mindfulness we can bring calm to the storm.
So sit down crossed legged on a cushion and let's talk about what it really takes to destroy those bosses and win those tough battles and see if we can’t apply the same principles to other areas of our lives.
